MURDERVILLE is an absurd mockumentary written by Ginger Kearns & Chelsey Ng that follows two crime obsessed women trying to track a serial killer. When girls start to go missing in their quaint small town, all of their neighbors quickly become suspects and the klutzy but lucky ladies see if they can beat the cops to catch the murderer.

MURDERVILLE was written as an original series for InstaMiniSeries, a platform created by Nikki Borges and Ceci Fernandez, but has since expanded into a pilot that is currently a finalist for the 2019 Sundance Episodic Lab.

This reading event is also a crowd funding party to shoot the series for Instagram. The evening will include:

- screening the proof of concept

- reading the pilot

- a discussion about the series for Instagram

- music by Julia Haltigan and Old Sport (it is a party after all!!)
